Hope becomes reality

Following one last stage, a few brief words with the lead chefs, I will be the new Lead Vegetarian Chef at Plymouth Rocks Cafe on the Goolge campus.  New menus, new recipes, new ideas.  A whole new approach to life.  What began a month ago as an anger fuled attempt, desperate really, to escape from the current mire, has turned into something that I could heretofore only dream of.  I am so ready to move on, and cannot wait to begin applying what I've learned, and I look forward to taking the cuisine at Plymouth to a new level.
